# Support

How to get help, and what to send so we can solve it on the first reply.

Support is handled through tickets on our Discord: [discord.gg/eZN5ycvPVs](https://discord.gg/eZN5ycvPVs).

## Before you open a ticket

1. Read the script's **Installation** page once more, especially the start order.
2. Go through [Common Issues](/docs/getting-started/common-issues.md).
3. Make sure you run the latest version from the [Cfx.re Portal](https://portal.cfx.re/assets/granted-assets).

## What to include

A ticket with these details usually gets solved in one reply:

| What                   | Example                                                             |
| ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Script and version     | `kossek_darts` 1.2.0 (the `version` line in `fxmanifest.lua`)       |
| Framework and version | ESX Legacy 1.10, QBCore, QBX, standalone |
| Server artifacts build | the number shown in txAdmin or at the top of the server console |
| The error, as text | copied from the server console **and** the client console (F8) |
| What you changed | config options, bridge edits, other scripts touching the same thing |
| How to reproduce it | the steps that make it happen |

{% hint style="info" %}
Paste errors as text or attach the log file. Cropped screenshots of a console usually miss the line that matters.
{% endhint %}

## What support covers

* Installation and configuration of our scripts.
* Bugs in our scripts.

Changes to open files (`bridge/`, `editable` files) are yours to make; we will point you to the right place, but we do not write custom integrations as part of support.
